Renewing Your Card
All cards are valid for 1 year from date of issue. Within this period, your spending at Bionn only needs to exceed $1000 – for Classic Membership and $2000 – for Gold Membership to qualify for the new Bionn Membership Card, whereas it’s a lifetime Membership for all Platinum Card Members! The new Bionn Membership Card will be mailed to you automatically, when your current card expires.
Replacement of Lost, Misplaced or Stolen Cards
To get a replacement card, simply write in to ‘Bionn Customer Relationship Management’ at One Sims Lane #06-06 Singapore 387355. S$5 administration fee will be charged for any replacement of Bionn Membership Card.
